1. Be able to use all the settings on your camera effectively and know what they are for. Know how to use any zoom or alternate lenses that come with your camera.
2. Learn how to take effective photos from three or more of the following categories: - People/Portrait - Animals - Landscapes - Still life - Plants/flowers - Close-up - Vintage - High-speed - Underwater - Cloudscape - Any other appropriate genre
3. EITHER Make a short newspaper using one or more of your photos. You may like to do this with a friend.
OR
Arrange at least one photo from each of your three genres in a scrap book, album, or a photo frame you have constructed (see Woodwork Level 1.
